Job Description : Key Responsibilities : – Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.- Write efficient Java code following the MVVM pattern- A focus on UI design principles and making apps work intuitively- Write unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability.- Work closely with Product and Backend teams to make the app experience better- Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing mobile apps.- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize developmentRequirements : – Expertise in Java, Kotlin- Vital Android SDK concepts- Decent Experience with SQL- Knowledge of Git- XML Basics- Understanding of Material Design Guidelines- Android Studio- Backend Programming Skills- Minimum product development experience of 4+ (Senior) in web/mobile startups with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance mobile applications.- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”- Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications- A knack for benchmarking and optimization- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitJob Type: Full-timeContract length: 12 monthsSalary: ₹143,831.00 – ₹834,913.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Android Development: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 6 years (Preferred)Kotlin: 5 years (Preferred)
