Job Description : To collect specimen.To prepare smear for examination.To perform clinical laboratory tests like blood, urine, stool, liver function tests, kidney function tests etc.To follow the Hospital waste management guidelines in disposal of left over blood and sample bottles.To maintain record of all investigation done on a register.To prepare dispatch/distribute report of outdoor and indoor patients.To observe courteous behavior, with patients.To perform emergency rotational duties.To supervise the work of subordinate staff.To provide training on lab technician , Equipments , terminology & procedures to junior & trainee staffTrain assigned employees in their areas of work including routine chemical and physical analytical methods, procedures and techniques.Prepare and standardize chemical reagents to specified volumes and concentrations; prepare microbiological media.Ensure the labeling & specimen with the help of computer orders & Barcode.Educate the juniors about QC & QA. Monitoring quality controls majors & protocols.Solved errors of troubleshooting, breakdowns, maintain supplies, performing preventive maintenance & calling Bio- Medicals engineer for repairs.To rechecked values & reporting of abnormal studies. Identify & communicates abnormal patients &conditions & report by alerting giving call to pathologist.Coordinate with outsourced lab for collection of samples and reports.To raise the list of indent required to purchase dept. Ordering & maintain stock & resources.To ensure proper staff is available on each duty & to escalate in HR in case of absences.Maintains patient confidence by keeping lab. Information confidential.Explains importance of proper disposal of Bio- medical waste & provide information’s about coded bags.Document information by maintain daily logs, MIS & equipments record books.Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.Respond to inquiries in a courteous manner from various departments; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner.Perform related duties as required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):What is your salary expectation?What is your current location?When can you start?Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Medical Laboratory Technicians & Technologists: 3 years (Preferred)Specimen Collection & Laboratory Analysis Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (Preferred)
