Job Description : Position Summary:
The SIOP Supervisor will support HBT META on overall Sales and operations planning including Demand, Supply, Inventory and analytics. He will be leading a team of diverse SCM/SIOP planners and will driving the key business matrices and increasing the overall efficiency of SIOP processes and team. SIOP Supervisor will work closely with the different LOB leadership teams and cross functional leaders including Finance, Marketing, Cx (internally) as well as Suppliers, Customers and Global counter parts (externally) to ensure META and LOB specific strategies are translated into pragmatic SIOP and supply chain processes, operating methods and objectives that ensure an end to end SIOP and supply chain operations to deliver on HBT META growth plans.
Position Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a continuously improving SIOP cycle including Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Reconciliation and Executive reviews
Maintain an effective schedule of SIOP activities that identify and, as necessary, escalate risks to execute HBT META business plans across both the short and mid-long term.
Leading the team of Diverse SIOP Planners and driving towards a highly efficient, result oriented and motivated SIOP organisation.
Drive balanced bottom-up and top-down SIOP both within the LOBs and HBT META level.
Identify and implement global best practices to optimize META performance and ensure alignment with global functional practices.
Developing and driving efficient SIOP MOS culture with the help of Next generational analytical tools and automation.
Collaborate with financial and commercial leaders to ensure alignment on business objectives that SIOP will translate to executable plans and actions. Tracking and delivering and results on actions agreed with the respective stakeholders.
Responsible for SIOP Metrics, SIOP Maturity and SIOP Effectiveness Scorecard Performance.
Implementing new techniques on Demand as well as supply side of SCM to improve the forecast accuracy, Inventory projections, OTTR, OTFP, BIAS, W-MAPE, IOS etc.
Works closely with Business Operations team in providing Demand & Supply Highlights. In parallel working closely with Global SIOP Leaders & Global Supply Chain Leaders of HBT in shaping the SIOP Cycle.
Required Skills:
Must : 10 years + experience in a S&OP/SIOP/Supply Chain Function
Must : MBA from a premier business school
Must : SAP ERP and SAP APO (or Rapid Response) experience.
Must : Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Must : Team management experience (Preferably 5+ Years/3+ resources)
Must : Extensive computer applications and Business Intelligence abilities along with strong excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred : APICS and other SCM /S&OP/Six Sigma certification.
Preferred : Exposure to work with senior leadership in business.
Preferred : Exposure to Automation, Analytical & SCM tool like : Salesforce.com/ NEX/ Tableau / Power BI / Google studio / Python/ R etc.
Preferred : Good working knowledge of core processes in sales & marketing, demand Planning, Supply Planning ,production planning, materials management, inventory management and logistics.
Preferred: Knowledge in Project base Business environment.
