We have an independent school in Nottinghamshire looking to recruit a Site-Specific Lead Teacher who will implement an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for learners through individual and small group delivery. This candidate will also monitor and support the overall progress and development of learners on the identified site/sites as a lead teacher.
Facilitating and encouraging learning experiences which provides learners with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential, as well as helping to raise standards of learner attainment.
To support all designated Learning Managers with the completion of all assessments, pupil tracking documents, progress reports and feedback reports to commissioning bodies e.g., Education, Health and Care plans, KS3 & KS4 transition planning, and post 16 opportunities.
The school supports a range of students with Special Needs (SEN) including those diagnosed with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and behaviours that challenge. The school believe in trust and achievement, by taking students on a positive learning experience throughout their education to succeed and be prepared for adulthood.

About the Role:
Site Specific Lead Teacher
ASAP
Full Time Monday – Friday
Part Time Monday – Friday
8.30am – 4.00pm
£100 – £150 per day

Ideal Candidate:
Previous SEN experience – highly desirable
Willingness to train and complete courses relating to SEN
Proactive and well-organised
Able to meet annual performance management criteria to a good or outstanding standard
Able to demonstrate outcomes thinking through regular support and supervision
Achievement of positive outcomes for young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
