Process Overview*
Data Tools Share Services process provides shared services around the Teradata platforms that includes support of applications hosted, Architectural services and Resiliency along with monitoring and reporting of the platforms
Job Description*
An experienced developer is needed who can learn the system quickly and contribute in the development work with minimum guidance.
Responsibilities*Experience in development of Teradata, MainframeExperience of development in Hadoop or UnixExperience of SQL development including stored procedures, functions and data modeling , dimensional Data Models and Type 2 Slowly Changing DimensionsDevelop logical and physical data model designs; utilize naming standards and having experience with normalized, de-normalized and STAR schemas.Ability to read and understand existing code – helpful for troubleshooting/modifications/enhancements/ performance tuningSelf-starter, but can work with a team as wellExperience with AGILE methodologies

Foundational skillsStrong Experience in Hadoop, Mainframe, Teradata, Unix and Bit Bucket6+ Years of development experience in Hadoop and Mainframe5+ Years of development experience in Teradata and UnixExperience with AGILE methodologies
