PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Sports & Interactive Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing the direct marketing engagement strategy for Sports Betting and Online Gaming for MGM Resorts International. This role will be a member of the Customer Engagement and Personalization team and take direction from the Executive Director of Engagement Strategy.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute and manage marketing strategies for iGaming (sports betting and iCasino).
Serve as MGM Engagement Strategy point of contact for Sports and Interactive initiatives for internal stakeholders and external customers.
Involved in the development of robust direct marketing campaign strategy to drive new business and incremental spend through BetMGM channels as well as bring BetMGM customers to MGM Resorts properties and enhancing our omnichannel value proposition.
Organize and report on initiatives from internal departments (Brand Marketing, Direct Marketing, Player Development) as it relates to sports betting and online gaming.
Work closely with Nevada sports betting team on the execution of BetMGM initiatives that include campaign creation, special event support, offer development and enhanced integration.
Perform other job related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication or related field; or equivalent experience.
3 + years of previous experience in direct/database marketing; or relevant experience.
PREFERRED:
Working knowledge of mobile technology and app development.
Previous experience in sports betting and/or sports marketing.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Nevada Gaming License
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach.
Demonstrated follow-through in performance of all tasks, projects, and communications.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
