What you’ll be doing…
Work closely with Product stakeholders across geography to strategize and execute the roadmap for Verizon Connect products.
Drive the strategy for seamless migration and upgrade activities to the cloud from legacy eco-system.
Provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects.
Manage a team of technical engineers tasked with delivering strategic support related to Verizon Connect functions.
Implement and evaluate delivery strategies to exceed targets, delivering superior Customer Experience and meeting all key performance standards.
Lead and recruit the right talent to meet the growing Technology demands of Verizon Connect.
Fully manage pilots and training current team in upgrade to new technology in order to meet the changing demands of Verizon Connect business.
Motivate and train the team to maximize productivity and promote their professional development in a manner consistent with Verizon policies and practices.
Supervise and manage the performance of direct reports. Guiding, coaching, motivating, and mentoring team members to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
Manage the rewards and employee growth based upon performance. Employee hiring, career development, succession planning, and periodic training.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Five or more years of experience managing complex projects with 24X7 support.
Hands-on knowledge in AWS.
Experience in handling global level connected products including retail and enterprise products.
Experience in developing and continuous improvement in process development.
Experience developing and managing various reporting dashboards for improving project deliverables.
Thorough knowledge on Service Delivery areas to prevent and predict impacts to day to day operations.
Experience in working with the Development, Engineering and Support teams to implement best practices.
Hands of experience in managing Tier-1 & Tier 2 Team in fleet management’s Application & Infrastructure.
Even better if you have:
Experience with Application monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Zabbix, NewRelic and Splunk.
Experience in ticketing tool like SMAX & JIRA.
Experience with forecasting of the project roadmap with short term and long term goals with respect to Service Support and Service Deliver.
Ability to strategize and develop a project plans for the product improvement and drive the teams to work on project deliverables and project the progress with leadership.
Thorough knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
Experience with project management tools and related tools.
Experience in presentation through PowerPoint or google presentation.
Good to be certified in ITIL processes or any other certified process.
Experience in implementing and coordinating AWS Migrations and process management.
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM application to develop dashboards and analyze reports.
