Your Day to Day
Architect, configure, build, deploy, and support Identity and Access Management solutions as a shared service across the enterprise
– Ensure adherence to all security, compliance, and auditing policy obligations
– Work directly with senior-level systems and software engineers and architects to implement solution designs in a large complex worldwide enterprise
– Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures
– Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards
– Support user’s query and service requests
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / related studies or at least 5 years of experience as a IAM Engineer
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM including designing and architecting solutions based on client requirements
– Minimum of 2 years of experience with configuration and implementation of packaged or custom IAM solutions
– Experience with IAM relevant technical security solutions such as: ForgeRock, SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint IdentityNow Saviynt, Okta, ServiceNow, or others
– Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of workforce identity lifecycle processes, including: joiner, mover, leaver, access request, access certification, role management and application on-boarding
– Demonstrated experience with enterprise Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
– Experience leading teams of IAM functional experts either in a requirement gathering setting or in assisting clients with development of an IAM strategy/roadmap
– Excellent communication skills, willing to integrate in a multinational cross-functional team

– Experience with FreeIPA / IdM
– Experience with cloud Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GCP)
– Experience with HashiCorp Vault
– Experience with Puppet
– RHCSA certification (EX200)
