What You’ll Do:
Expert experience in Unity.
Extensive hands-on experience modifying content.
Experience in creating animations, effects within Unity.
Experience in developing for WebGL, iOS, Kindle and Android platforms.
Ability to create and modify existing scripts, or assets for mobile.
Strong understanding of shaders and optimization.
Ability to proactively identify technical constraints while conceptualizing, and executing solutions through new tools.
Expertise in bringing 2D assets (bitmaps) into Unity and applying within context.
Knowledge and understanding of file compression and optimization with regards to WebGL, iOS, Kindle and Android platform.
A mind for both artistic and technical workflows.
Strong ability to make and process decisions to produce the best quality product quickly and efficiently.
Detailed information on status of game production, builds and specific deliverables.
3+ years of experience in the industry.
Exposure to Perforce, git and svn
Working directly with the Art Manager, Art Director, Tech Art Lead, and Lead Programmers on multiple projects making our world-class mobile products beautiful and inspirational.
Work closely with 2D artists to bridge the gap between artist and developer.
Lead the charge on problem technical issues that may arise from other programs when working within Unity.
Research oversee the implementation of rendering techniques such as particle systems, shaders. plugins, scripts within Unity.
Create highly optimized mobile shader/material for artists to use within Unity across all projects.
Be creative! Openly suggest more and dynamic ways to do things, and back that them up by trying. We want to learn you!
Evangelize your point of view. Give and seek open feedback. Be comfortable educating your peers on how you make technical artistry happen
Expertise in Photoshop and VFX is big plus.
