Building and being responsible for the unit’s strategy and roadmap to achieve interpersonal business, operational and delivery goals as well as end-to-end management of the testing engagements, including professional, financial and HR aspects.
Support multiple customers during project lifecycle by ongoing matrix and complicated team/task management
What will your job look like?
Engineer solutions and establish standards for Infra monitoring and agent deployments, including optimizations and tunings per requirements.
Understand customer requirements in terms of Infra monitoring needs and provide necessary solutions.
Responsible for the analyzing of system issues and performance
Seek opportunities for automated deployments to reduce operational tasks.
Seek opportunities for integration of Operations Bridge with other platforms tools like AppDynamics, Service Now etc.
All you need is…
Required Skills:
Degree in computer science, information technology, computer related discipline with 6 to 8 years of IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Hands-on experience with administration or configuring policies or deploying monitoring tools equivalent to HP OM/ OMi / MF Operations Bridge, MS SCOM, SiteScope and NNMi
Knowledge of Operating Systems – Linux/UNIX/Windows/VMware
Effective troubleshooting skills across datacenter infrastructure components – Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, Virtualization
Hands on Experience in doing event correlation, alerting, Dashboarding
Hands on Experience in monitoring application for Devops tools (Jenkins etc.), Cloud platform (AWS, Azure etc.), Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes etc.).
Hands on Experience to scripting languages – Python, Perl, PHP, Java, C, C++
Additional Skills Preferred:
Exposure to Cloud environments such as AWS. Azure.
Exposure to various Open Source tools ELK, TICK Stack, Grafana etc.
Exposure to authentication and entitlement management with LDAP or SAML
Exposure to various system integration (Service Now, BMC Atrium, Custom APIs, Custom Extensions etc.)
