Educational Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Footwear Designing

Experience:
2 – 5 yrs

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The candidate should have 2 – 5 years’ experience in Footwear Graphic Designing.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial
To conduct market trend analysis.
To randomly inspect testing, including textile color dips and footwear durability.
To ensure budget control while proposing a design.
To evaluate all prototypes and ensure implementation of revisions to enhance growth oriented program for better marketing.

Customer Oriented
To ensure speedy turnaround time for development of manufacturing sample.

People Oriented
To ensure coordination with all stakeholders for design validation.
To participate in outsourcing meetings to deliver samples and analyze design and assist outsourcing staff to follow the same.

Internal Business Process
To look after the designing and development of new products.
To prepare protocols of new products.
To look after style and color of Shoe.
To adapt as per existing footwear collections.
To create mood boards to experiment with shapes, colors and fabrics.
To produce small samples to present to senior colleagues.
To check the quality of finished goods v/s approved samples of manufactured items.
