Product Design at Wingify:

The product designer’s goal is to help users make full use of VWO capabilities to improve the conversion rates on their websites. It includes (but is not limited to) guiding the user to configure their campaigns, experiments, and then once the data starts pouring in, we help the user make sense of the gathered data in the form of numbers, charts, and insights.

Every designer works almost as a design lead in handling designs for a specific product area like the editor, testing, engage etc, right from brainstorming, through the wireframing and UI stages, to the final developer handoff & going live. Finding elegant solutions for ‘configuration & data-heavy’ requirements is super challenging, yet it drives us to make better tradeoffs, holistic decisions and to be on a constant lookout for a better solution.
We work closely with engineers and product managers and care about accessibility, privacy, consistency in the context of the end-user experience. We are looking for a full-time UI/UX designer to join the team and help us navigate the complex waters of B2B software.

What you do!
Work with the product team to develop design flows and create user stories of new features.
Conceptualizing & prototyping using low/high fidelity mockups.
Conducting quick, iterative usability testing with the stakeholders for the designed concepts.
Learn and understand the user persona for the product and apply it to create an elegant experience for the same.
Put design to the test of user data and iterate accordingly.
Update and contribute to the ever-evolving style guide and component library.
Must have:
2-5 years of product design experience (UX)
Experience with Figma/Sketch for high-fidelity mockups.
A portfolio of design work (preferably web applications)
Good sense of visual design.
Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Good to have:
Experience with designing for B2B or enterprise products.
Prior experience with graphic design/iconography/illustration.
