Position :
Job Description : We’re on the lookout for a talented video editor who can craft together a narrative with scraps of film, animation and sound bites. You will collaborate with different teams across the organization to conceptualize and craft videos, motion graphics, effects or any other material, as requested. Your projects will need to stay in sync with brand guidelines but you’ll have complete creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
Engage in the ideation, conceptualization and building thoughts into final output
Review raw material to create a cohesive video that meets clients expectations
Trim footage segments and create the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Create rough and final cuts
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a video editor or in a similar position preferred
Genuine passion for editing
Strong sense of organization
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects
Familiarity with Final Cut Pro will be plus
Familiarity with popular design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw will be plus
Voice-over compatible voice will be plus
Ability to tell and edit a well-crafted story
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing environments
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
