Shree Design Team the best 3D rendering services also specialize in creating digital representations of your real estate business.Education and Experience Requirements: Qualification: Must hold B.Arch Bachelors , Masters Degree PreferredMinimum 3 yrs experience.All types of detailing & drafting, Knowledge of project design and construction documentation and construction materials.Understanding and knowledge of the US and international building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirementsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is requiredArchitect Job Responsibilities: Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.Working with the Project Manager, in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.Personal Attributes: Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions,Good oral and written communication,Analytical and problem-solving skills,High attention to detail,Ability to work under indirect supervision,Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability,Technically creative and open-minded,Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines,Flexible and Process oriented ,Must have their own Computer/Laptop to work on.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Working Remotely for now.Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Architects: 3 years (Required)Revit: 2 years (Required)
