Job Description : Job Description:Own quality of all deliverables related to BIM modelling LOD 100 to 500 and clash coordinationLead a team of 20 to 30 BIM modelersManage deliverables of client projects and communicationLead and Participate in client meetings and presentationsMaking sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every projectResponsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcementTravel to US as and when required for business needsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience of BIM projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHands on knowledge and experience of creating drawings and Revit models from Schematic Design to Construction Documents setExperience of leading a team of at least 15 team members and working with overseas customersExperience of using Autodesk AEC package – AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Revit BIM: 3 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
