Job requirement:
Maintain harmonious Employee Relations and ensure smoother Operations in the Plant
Establish and maintain employee welfare services like Canteen, Transport, Attendance system with employee satisfaction
Develop Employee connect programs and employee Engagement initiatives for strengthening employee connect
Ensure Statutory Compliances under various Labour Laws. Liaison with Govt. Depts, Local Administrative bodies and Statutory authorities
Establish good connect with nearby community, Institutional Bodies
Handle Employee Grievances and ensured speedy resolution of grievances
Ensure employee disciplinary issues are fairly and consistently implemented and followed.
Handle Disciplinary cases, preparing disciplinary letters and ensuring Disciplinary actions
Draft and review HR policies and procedures, Preparation of Manpower Budget, Employee cost Budget
Maintains contacts with departmental and other line managers for improving the efficiency / Productivity of the plant
Capture and keep accurate employee data in the HR system and perform general HR Administration duties;
Contract Labour Management and ensuring compliance by Contractor. Compliance Audit of the Contractor’s statutory compliances issues
