About the Role

Working as an Customer Account Executive you will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing business within the company, nurturing and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships. You will keep regular contact with your own portfolio of accounts, dealing with any issues that arise and carry out any training, demonstration or presentations that are required for the clients to make full use of our Myrus e-learning system and workforce development programs. In addition you will also be required to upsell new and existing products to those clients and undertake contract extension negotiations. As part of the role you will also undertake forecasting, planning and the development of targeted sales campaigns, reporting regularly on their success. There is no line-management responsibilities with this role. The position will be based at our Head Office in Stevenage.

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE)

The MUST HAVE Skills

Previous sales and contract negotiation experience (Minimum 2 years)
Previous experience with CRM platforms such as Sales Force or FreshSales
Previous experience with using Teams, Zoom or similar for web-based demonstrations.
High level of ability with MS Office applications including Excel.
