Job Description : About the Role:
Below are the main job duties:
Database Management
Data mining and research for new contact details in existing and new markets
Maintain and update existing database from research and leads from the Team
Maintain, update and extract the team’s database in Salesforce
Monitor new Asian Legal Business (ALB) Online subscribers’ request for ALB Handbooks
Daily tracking of ALB generic mailbox and escalate enquiries to the appropriate team member
Administration
Maintain and update ALB Magazine circulation in Southeast Asia, North Asia and China
Uploading of clients and in-house advertisement for ALB newsletter on a weekly basis
Executing 3rd party EDM including preparing and testing prior to sending
Track, compile and analyze open click through rates on google analytics for ALB Website, newsletters and EDM
Maintain and track ranking plaque orders and arrange for delivery
Email Clients invoices for payment
Track and compile the open click rates on google analytics for ALB Website, newsletter and EDM
Provide support to events and awards team onsite when required
About You
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
Diploma or Degree
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Highly organized with strong multitasking and organizational skills
Good phone and communication skills
Proficient/knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Google DFP and Mailchimp
Some data research experience
Speed & accuracy in data entry
Team player spirit
