40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

We are currently looking for an exceptional Head Barista to join our amazing team of 14 in London Victoria office.

What would we like from our Head Barista?
Ability to display passion for coffee and service.
Barista experience is a MUST ideally in a senior capacity.
Strong customer service experience.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Good organisational skills.
Head Barista requirements:
Able to guides team members with programming machines, coffee grinders and adjusting shots to ensure the perfect extraction time.
Continues to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, teas, bakery items, coffee brewing and blended products.
Participates in all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services
Maintains the highest quality & consistent product standards
Passes monthly coffee supplier audits with a score of +95% and responds proactively to any point of improvement.
Is passionate about developing skills by attending on-going training
