Lead and participate actively in the digital transformation of our customers in the Process Industries.
As an integrated engineering specialist, should be self driven & highly motivated, should have solid understanding of technical aspects of plant design, engineering & maintenance (Plant lifecycle).
Should have understanding of Software business, including solid focus on building & demonstrating relationships with selective end-users and our partner eco-system in the process industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Energy, Water & Wastewater, Minerals).
Will represent Siemens to senior levels of customer’s organization, bring opportunities forward to timely and successful closure, and ensures work as committed to customers according to our quality standards within the agreed financial & deadline targets.
Provide presales technical solution leadership and support for the Siemens Software for Process Industries portfolio, demonstrating a combination of application and domain expertise to a variety of Siemens partners and customers in focus Process Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Water & Wastewater, Minerals).
Software portfolio comprises: Plant Life Cycle Engineering and Asset Management, 3D Virtual Reality Visualization, Operations Intelligence, Digital Twin Cloud Services.
Funnel creation through supporting the sales process and marketing events such as trade shows, presentations, seminars, etc., Develop opportunities by creative technical/commercial thinking.
Lead technical discussions and conduct product demonstrations to customers.
Lead or assist in software proposal, and assist & verify with partners in solution proposals to customers.
Bring opportunities to a technical closure through participating in the value discovery and assessment process to assist in determining the customer needs.
Support customer product evaluations through workshop, training, and benchmarks.
Plan, coach, and support regional sales teams on technical enablement and value discovery and assessment method.
Perform partner and customer training and create/update training and sales materials.

Minimum of 3-8 years of experience with Plant Life Cycle Engineering and Asset Management software products catering for Process Industries
BE / B.tech / M.tech in Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering, Process engineering or comparable.
Strong interest in IT Technologies, Manufacturing, IoT, and Industry 4.0 themes.
Ability to lead and work independently and condently in analyzing customer requirements and transforming them into workable solutions
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
Excellent sales and relationship building skills
Dynamic with excellent leadership and a high level of accountability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
IT savvy and ability to multitasks
Travelling is required and the ability to travel within short notice is a must
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet strict deadlines
Self-motivated, energetic personality with strong relationship-building skill
