We are looking for a hardworking and analytical digital marketer to work on the App Store Digital Advertising team to help with paid media campaign execution, reporting, analysis and data management. We are seeking an expert at analysing sophisticated data and able to work independently as well as an effective teammate across multiple timezones. Ideally someone who has led performance-focused campaigns across the globe for major apps and games in the iOS ecosystem. This is a meaningful role within one of the fastest-growing divisions at Apple. The right candidate is a hungry, creative, and data driven marketer with leadership skills and a strategic view towards the growth and development of both the service and their team.
Key Qualifications
Validated experience in digital media with a global organisation, with experience buying for iOS apps with a focus on market-leading games and apps.
Proven experience in performance marketing, managing towards revenue KPI(s).
Experience with optimization strategies, and a proven track record of identifying synergies between performance channels (Social, Search, Display, etc.) for impact.
Outstanding analytical and hands-on skills using sophisticated data sets required, ideally experience in data visualisation tools and business insights dashboards.
Proficient in the campaign planning process and experience handling large budgets.
Expertise in media tracking, attribution methodologies, and a history of working with MMPs and analytics teams.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation.
Experienced in leading global agencies working across multiple markets and timezones.
A validated test-and-learn attitude.
Clear and effective communication and confidence in presenting your work.
Experience with ad-tech and mar-tech.
Proficient in English with additional languages an advantage.
Description
Responsible for App Store Paid Digital Operations, Reporting, Analytics and Data Management for the Performance Marketing team across International (All WW markets, ex US). Collaborate with Local Marketing Managers to develop media mix and tactical strategies, monitoring results across International campaigns and have the ability to communicate digestible insights on a regular basis to share findings and advise continued development of the program. Constantly analyse results to find opportunities and develop communication strategies based on customer insights. The role will require daily analysis of sophisticated data sets, and delivering detailed reports to business partners. Translating data and delivering reporting tailored to International needs, and distill insights & findings to be shared with internal and external partners.
