Job Description : Navtech is looking for a Technical Lead/Manager (Python Developer) to lead and manage ongoing development projects and design, develop and test software solutions. Technical Lead/Manager will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. You will join a team of talented developers, quality engineers, product managers whose mission is to impact above 100 million people across the world with technological services by the year 2030.Working as a Technical Lead/Manager at Navtech, you will: Design and develop high-quality products using Python and running on AWS Cloud Infrastructure.Follow Agile software development methodologies and adhere to best practices in the software development process.Assist the Architect to drive the selection of Technologies stack for the development of high performing scalable platforms.Participate in a full development life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release.Propose and implement best in the class architectural solutions for big and complex systems hosted on cloud infrastructure.Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better on the job.Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting project targets and priorities.Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery.Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.Implement security and data protection solutions.Coordinate, guide, and mentor other software engineers within the team to understand user requirements and provide better technical solutions.*Who Are We Looking For Exactly?**A 5- 12 years of Experience as a full-stack developer who has expertise on multiple phases of a project lifecycle from concept development to solutions design, implementation, optimization and support.Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multi-threading, Distributed Systems, and OO Analysis & Design & Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).Experience in using Python with Django/Flask framework, Angular, ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, Nginx, HTML, CSS, UI integration with Rest Web-services or Spring MVC controllers, MEAN stack.Experience on Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment pipeline including Maven, Ansible, Dockers, Jenkins, SonarQube & adherence to test-driven development processes using frameworks like JUnit / Mockito.Experience in working on RESTful web services development & with frameworks like Spring Boot etc.Experience in working with DBMS like PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL/ NOSQL/ MongoDBExtensive experience with microservice-based architectures and technologies.AWS is your preferred infrastructure provider and you have significant experience in the core AWS IaaS eco-system as well as other parts of their constantly evolving ecosystem.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must have good interpersonal skills.Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner.An analytical mind & pay attention to detail.Should have a Master’s Degree /Bachelor’s (BS) in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, Technology Management or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.BenefitsPerformance review and Appraisal Twice a year.Competitive pay package with additional bonus & benefits.Work with US, UK & Europe based industry renowned clients for exponential technical growth.Medical Insurance cover for self & family.Work with a culturally diverse team from different geographies.*Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,700,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Joining bonusYearly bonusApplication Question(s):Can you join immediately?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Python: 4 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 14/03/2022
