The Position
Campaign
Spearhead ownership of all campaigns & retail promotions by working closely with the sales team
Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials
Align processes that will improve the overall productivity for all internal stakeholders
Perform analysis of post-campaign performance metrics
Keep up-to-date with current online trends related to marketing/CRM
Digital
Be the experts of digital marketing and able to lead, communicate, liaise, and drive all digital marketing initiatives
Develop new & emerging strategies to increase digital visibility of the brand across all touch points
Track usability, design, content & conversion rates of all digital assets
Oversee audience prospecting initiatives & monitor ROI to achieve traffic
Media, Advertising & PR
Spearhead continuous initiatives for media & PR outreach
Boost brand awareness and favourability through press releases, PR events, media channels or any other creative platforms
Ability to effectively tap on social media and digital platforms to increase market share and market presence
Responsible in updating and maintaining company’s website, social media app, mobile app to promote the company’s product line, events and activities.
CRM
Hold the responsibilities of a Data Protection Office (DPO)
Ensure completeness, accuracy and always updated with customers’ information within data base
Key custodian of Customer Experience (CX) & Interactions with the organisation which includes Customer Engagements, Customer Lifecycle Value (CLV) & mapping of Customer Journey (CJ) through building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Activate action plans & planning activities and maximizing service/ customer touchpoints to expand customer base by upselling & cross-selling services as sustainable revenue stream – Identify opportunities across customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
Ensure quality of customers’ experience are exceeding expectations/ targets Set up and optimization of customer experience process (CX/ UX) between teams and based on business needs
Manage customer & stakeholder’s feedback & to ensure all feedback are promptly attended to
Proactively work with various departments & stakeholders to look at areas for improvement leveraging on latest CRM platforms & analytics
Market Research
Study market trends and movements to facilitate the development of marketing strategies to support sales and enhance the company’s continued growth.
Keep up-to-date with industry and market development.
Others
Supervision of the Marketing & CRM department
Formulate and implement annual marketing plans to increase sales closures to meet targets
Submission of marketing plans/expenditure reports
Oversee showroom standards and ensure it is in accordance to principal’s requirements, including mystery shoppers/mystery calls
Ensure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing policies and processes for handling personal data; Liaise with the PDPC on data protection matters, if necessary
Provide support in all other marketing related duties
The Ideal Candidate
Degree in Marketing
Minimum 4 years of digital marketing related experience
Innovative with creative flair, resourceful, proactive and a good team player
Strong analytical Skill
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Meticulous with a keen eye for details
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing concurrent projects to meet deadlines
