We’re now recruiting an operations manager.In this role, you will report to the COO collaborating closely with our senior management team to ensure that we’re delivering both exceptional service today, and our exciting growth plans. You’ll be in charge of developing, building, and managing key parts of our operations, as well as ensuring that they’re in line with our company’s objectives. This role will offer a high level of autonomy and participation in the efficient operation of our brands.You will implement our digital operating strategy as well as the management of some of our key digital platforms. You will focus on continuous improvement utilising lean approaches and technology, as well as contributing to our client experience strategy.You’ll oversee our adherence to complex legislation as well as maintain the company’s internal policies and procedures. You will manage audits to ensure risk mitigation and the delivery of necessary changes.What you’ll be doingDelivering change and service improvements. You’ll need to collaborate with, and lead our teams to help us to hit our long-term objectivesRolling out further digitisation and automation. We think it’s a force for good to deliver scale, freeing our team from admin work, and delivering even better experiences for our clientsContributing to our app development roadmap. You’ll work closely with our in-house software engineers to ensure our best-in-class app stays that way, and is seamlessly integrated to our professional servicesChampioning quality. Monitoring and auditing our process to ensure quality standards remain high and that we remain compliant with regulatory requirementsAlways improving. Supporting and encouraging the team with continuous improvement, by bringing fresh perspectives and unleashing the potential in our data to support decision makingWhat we’re looking forA proactive self-starter. We don’t micromanage here, and our team isn’t huge. You’ll need to take broad requirements, roll up your sleeves and deliver results.Team minded. You’ll be working across teams to deliver improvements, so you need influence with empathy. Project management experience would be welcome, too.A curious learner.
