Your mission

This is a unique opportunity to join our industry-leading group of +20 marketing enthusiasts that work on the forefront of data-driven performance marketing. Our global marketing team spreads across the US, Germany, India and the Philippines with diverse backgrounds from top-tier institutions, such as McKinsey & Company, Amazon, Google, Cognizant, GroupM or Buy Box Experts. You will get the chance to dive into some of the most exciting aspects of performance marketing, running advertising across a diverse set of consumer brands, advertising formats (Google, FB, TikTok, Amazon PPC/DSP) and sales channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair).

You independently design and implement performance marketing campaigns that help us drive external traffic to our core sales channels on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair)

You act as expert to our Amazon advertising team, helping to create a holistic performance marketing strategy that combines top-class Amazon advertising with targeted external traffic

You monitor daily trends in key advertising metrics (e.g., ROAS, ad sales, ad spend, conversion funnel) and organic ranking across top keywords across e-commerce platforms

You help define and optimize processes in our day-to-day operations, e.g., contributing to our progress in data-driven bid automation, automated keyword research/harvesting and on-going experimentation in new advertising strategies

You continuously build out your professional knowledge in emerging trends in e-commerce and online marketing and apply it to our consumer brands

Your profile

You have 2-5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in at least one of Google, FB/Insta or TikTok

You professional background is from a top-tier marketing agency, e-commerce consumer brand or paid marketing platform/tool provider

You bring high ambition and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment that has a strong drill towards driving actions and quick progress

Prior experience in Amazon or Amazon PPC marketing is a plus, but not required
