Job Description : · Lead the Company’s global service delivery experience to the customer by being the single point of ownership and being accountable for all customer service delivery related activities· Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery· Analyzing client, third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization· Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews· Make sure that service delivery and processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.· Recommending methods of improvement and actions are implemented on time for· Service delivery upgrades· Implement leading IT service management best practices. Maintaining high performance levels for Service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary· Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service Delivery· Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery· Maximize customer experience and satisfaction for all stakeholders by driving value in service delivery and identify customer issues, needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with Client, and stakeholders.· Set a vision, strategy and execution plan for team members· Perform any other task that is consistent with the Senior Service Delivery Manager Skills and experience and as may be assignedJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shift
