Job Description : Staff Nurse for SringeriDuties and Responsibilities· Attend all the in service training programmers.· To get oriented to the ward routine, equipment and type of patients.· Provides professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to establish standards and procedure .· Prepare nursing care plan to provide comprehensive care to assigned patient .· Complete nursing history / assessment sheet and care plan sheet with in the given time .· Take over the assigned inventory and ensure that all items and equipment are accounted correctly, any discrepancy report to the ward in charge .· Takes the bed side rounds and observes the signs and symptoms and behavior including the Physiological status of patient. Reports assessment changes to concerned person .· To check and record the vital signs legibly and promptly.· To be aware and implement accordingly all protocols in the unit as hand washing , infection control , medication , narcotics policy ,Waste management etc.· To handle all the gadgets with care and with knowledge to use .· Performs admission , discharge and transfer procedure, and assists others with patient activities and care .· Executes physician‘s order for all assigned patients ,like medication , investigation.· Follow the rights of medication safely and properly administer.· Responsible for collection of specimen when ordered ensuring correct labelling on HMIS .· Assists the doctors during the procedure, and giving relevant information as regard to nursing care during rounds.· Maintain personal, patients and environmental cleanliness and hygiene .· Maintain safety preventive measures against accidents .· Accurately record and report incidents .· Maintain all the records of the unit correctly .· complete the pre-operatively check list before shifting the patient .· Follow and report all the infection control protocols.· Self Care: Take all necessary precautions to prevent transmission of infection either from patient or vice versa.· Team-work: perform all duties as a member of the RMH team whose goal is to deliver quality health-care at affordable cost; follow hospital discipline and protocols; maintain equipment, comply with orders/instruction of reporting heads.· General: Discharge such other allied, ancillary, related, emergency or incidental work inherently related to the nursing profession and those that may be entrusted to you by the Hospital· Dress Code: Follow dress code as per policy of the hospital.· Emergency Duties: undertake work assigned by the Hospital during emergencies, at any time, either within the premises of the Hospital or any where else, depending upon the exigencies of the situation.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Kannada (Preferred)License/Certification:Nursing License (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
