Job Description

Within Workforce Planning & Scheduling product team, you turn ideas into reality and build stores that make each brand´s unique personality come to life. You will be a part of a dynamic and supportive product area and your main collaboration partner is the H&M Group Business experts and business tech organization. Responsibilities
In the team Workforce Planning & Scheduling we have a mission to optimize the utilization and efficiency of the workforce within the H&M group by combining forecasting and scheduling algorithms with an intuitive and modern interface for our colleagues in stores and offices around the globe. Now we are rolling out a new workforce management (WFM) tool to a wide range of countries. This means that providing support for Pilot/Rolled out/Rolling out country is crucial in order to have a product that works both globally and for specific countries. You will be part of maintenance team where you need to coordinate with end users, super users, suppliers, business experts and business tech teams across the globe to fix their issues when they report it through reporting tool.
Qualifications
Skills & Mindset
We believe you have 2+ years of experience in support or maintenance process and good in analytics skills & think out of box to fix the issues quickly (Overall experience 2 to 5 years). You are communicative in English and understand the agile ways of working. We are looking for an ambitious team-player who love to simplify the complex! It is necessary that you have a background as support technician. Furthermore, you have worked with:
Experience in MS SQL server & PowerShell script
Incident handling & Application monitoring
Innovative ideas to team for automations
Jira creation and deployment planning for a new store request
Optimizing Stored procedures execution timings through query tuning and applying Indexes
It is also beneficial if you have experience from Cloud transformations, Cognos report development and Microsoft Azure tools and technologies.
