Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop code to meet the business requirements for Digibank applications using iOS development tools.
Be a member in multiple sprints in the projects as development SME and ensure agreed solutions are delivered.
Train the team members on the iOS best practices and interface methodology.
Improve the delivery capabilities by validating and implementing frameworks using latest DevOps tools and technologies.
Provide strategic and tactical solutions for technical issues.
Active participation in monitoring and performance improvement of Digital applications

Responsibilities
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources. Collaborate to do the development, develop overall implementation application , and serve as a developer as required, to implement the installation, customization, and integration efforts.
Interact professionally with a diverse people such as management, business and other platform SMEs.
Ensure the code quality by implementing the programming guidelines and review tools.
Lead the change in delivery and deployment strategy for the project deliverable.
Understand the system process flow of the primary business processes. Provide a clear picture of the functionality map and the applications footprint of various applications across the map.

Required Skills:
BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
A team player with 6-8 years working experience.
Experience in working with agile teams across the multiple sprints.
Strong knowledge in the application development experience in iOS application, SWIFT and Obj-C
Experience in Agile Development Methodologies.
Experience in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence etc.
Certification in AWS, Java, J2EE, Cloud and Pivotal is an added advantage.
