Reporting and relationships: The position reports to the Associate Director – Knowledge Management and Program Communications.
Job Summary: The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing, coordinating the preparation of creative content at Grameen Foundation India. The key elements of the job are as below:
Understand and be the gatekeeper of GFI visual identity and brand guidelines.
Taking design briefs to understand requirements.
To develop creatives/designs (posters, newsletter, brochures, collaterals etc) for projects, events and other activities in accordance with the branding guidelines.
To design, develop creative content (videos, PPT, audio) for multiple projects and activities in collaboration with specific stakeholders.
To design video content for larger organizational mandate and project mandates in collaboration with specific project lead.
To ideate and strategize different creatives that can be used in engines for marketing on social media handles.
To work, assist and develop content/creatives/ Infographics for new initiatives, special project of Grameen and its associated organizations.
Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.

Skills and qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with 2 – 5 years of experience
Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Elements, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Working knowledge of WordPress
You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
This is an extremely hands-on role and the employee is expected to quickly understand the nature of demands, respond quickly and diligently with the highest quality outputs and empathy.
