About the Role
At CareShield the role of Customer Service Advisor involves so much more than just providing support to our customers. Customer service is a vital part of the role as you will be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email or chat, resolving any problems they may have with our digital workforce development platform and ensuring accurate recording within our CRM systems. However, you will also be required to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ requirements, consulting with them on how additional products can assist them with their training needs. As part of the role you will also undertake onboarding of new customers and carry out presentations via Teams to train clients on how to use our e-learning platform. This position will be based at our Stevenage Head Office.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm
Salary: £17,000 – £19,000 (DOE)
The MUST HAVE Skills
Previous experience within a phone-based customer service environment (Minimum 1 year)
Previous experience with CRM platforms such as Sales Force, Dynamics or Fresh Desk
Previous experience with using Teams, Zoom or similar as a presentation tool.
High level of ability with MS Office applications including Excel.
In Addition You Will Also Have
Excellent communication and listening skills with a confident telephone manor.
The ability to investigate and respond to client quires in a professional and timely fashion.
Able to plan and organise own time, even under pressure.
Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail.
