Roles and Responsibilities
Digital & Content
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Create effective content-led ideas
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
Liaising with the marketing team/agency to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
Campaign & Analysis
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across the channels
Liase with agencies to share brief on the campaign; Review execution
Create a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
Suggest measures, tracking methodologies, MIS & Reporting standards to understand efficiency / effectiveness
Review reports on traffic, spends and other measures linked to digital marketing and suggest optimization / course corrections
Monitor the performance of initiative on analytical tools. Review & suggest measures for growth. Set benchmarks, dashboards for weekly, monthly review mechanism
Focus
Work closely with agencies and brand teams to act as a bridge of knowledge and faster execution
Coordinate with multiple vendors for on time execution of desired task or campaign.
Create idea for innovative digital campaigns or contests from time to time for regular brand engagements
Assist respective brand team for digital execution of their requirements. Analyse & share post campaign insights
Work closely with agency to develop A+ content on marketplaces and ensuring proper listing hygiene in place across the channels.
Keep up-to date with latest trends, technologies that may help business. And keep a strong eye on competition landscape
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with minimum of 3-5 works exp, and demonstrated track record of accomplishment in digital marketing.
Self-starter, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and solving problems
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Fast learner who will embrace the opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Should have strong fundamentals and working experience on paid campaigns, social channels, email marketing, SMS campaigns and D2C website handling
