Job Description : What’s the role?:
You will be working on all phases of the software development life-cycle from design & coding to production deployment & monitoring. Your responsibilities span the entire software development process to include:
Participate and drive the product’s or project’s conception, detailed design and product specifications and facilitate scheduling, estimating.
Prepare technical specifications, design specifications and deployment plans.
Participate in analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and/or new products for customer applications.
Design large-scale software/hardware systems and major components and lead other team members in the development of those systems.
Perform system failure analysis and provide corrective actions.
Software design and review; software development of application or system components
Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects
Ensure software created and released conforms to auto-grade quality requirements.
Guide team members to various new technologies, how-to and let them be adopted for new / existing work
Who are you?:
You are a go-getter, with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and have the following:
BE. / M.E. degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree from reputed college / university.
12+ years of experience in delivering software products or systems in various roles.
Strong experience in building and enhancing enterprise level application on Java EE / Scala based applications.
Expertise in system and application level designing and analyzing data models for large-scale data processing systems preferred.
Experience with the AWS and Hadoop ecosystems for big data processing.
Experience in developing distributed data processing, stream or batch, systems.
Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XSD, WSDL and WS-* standards.
Strong knowledge any one of RDBMS (Oracle or MySQL or PostgreSQL)
