We are looking for a dynamic email marketer with a “Growth hacker” mindset. You will be an integral part in driving customer growth and nurturing customer through your creative and customer centric marketing skill.

We partner with leading brokers and financial institutions
Key responsibilities
Take the ownership of entire email marketing strategy and delivery
Work with content marketing team, and the sales team to plan the email campaign
Create and Design modern template and CTAs
Determine KPIs and Improve conversion by various analytics and present reports on a weekly basis
Create email list and send appropriate email content based on life cycle of a customer and segmentations
Develop a lead generation strategy and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Basic Requirements
2-5 years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
Proficient using marketing automation technology
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
Experience with email automation tools
Worked with digital marketing agency, preferable
Experience in delivering releases in web-based product.
Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing and user experience
Graduate degree from any stream
Ideal candidate should
Have hunger to learn and possess a strong growth mindset.
