Job Description : ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be that of a Homeroom Teacher (for a grade among Grade 1 to Grade 9) facilitating Crew, Literacy & Science using the Project-Based-Learning pedagogy.Your secondary responsibility would be to help children across grades to progress on their Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs).Additional responsibilities include: Doing a deep-dive into EL Education’s unique Project-Based Learning Model.Developing strong one-to-one relations with students and parentsLeading professional development and classroom observationsDocumenting all workParticipating in parent outreach / marketing initiativesAdmissions counselingPrerequisitesExcellent oral & written EnglishLove for learning and researchAbility to work in teamsHumilityPrior Experience of at least 2 years in teachingMonthly Salary (CTC)Rs.30,000.If relocation required additional Rs. 5,000 HRA.Selection Process1.
