Together, we discover ideas and care to build a better and a bold new future.ResponsibilitiesProvides medical laboratory diagnostic information, products, and services by evaluating laboratory information; consulting with pathologists; reporting results according to protocols mandated by the Organization and in consonance with NABL.Maintains medical laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; ensuring staff compliance; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service.Maintains medical laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.Maintains medical laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas; identifying peak and slack periods; making operational or staffing adjustment.Maintains quality results by participating in the Lab’s quality assurance program; consulting with NABL Coordinator/Quality; performing proficiency surveys; reviewing quality control and quality assurance programs; making adjustments in policy and procedures.Maintains & Update medical laboratory information system by identifying information needs and problems; recommending improvements; establishing priorities; testing; writing user manuals; training employees; maintaining security and confidentiality.Maintains Daily Dashboards in terms of Samples rejected, Samples misplaced/lost, Delayed sample delivery to Outsourced Labs, Delayed TATs, Non conformities & complaints etc. Escalating the deviations to appropriate stakeholders.Implements new programs , tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives; preparing proposals; developing and performing parallel testing; monitoring progress.Maintains medical laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains medical laboratory staff results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Maintains Service Excellence program . Resolves Pt Queries/Problems by consulting with pathologists, other laboratory managers, technical coordinators etc.Provides administrative support for the Central Lab by acting as manager on call. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.RequirementsProven experience of 08 plus years in Managing Laboratory of a good reputed NABL Accredited lab.Must be a Good AdministratorExcellent communicatorWell-organizedA leader and strategic thinkerQualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Medical Laboratory & Technology(BMLT is must)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹800,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 8 years (Preferred)
