Job Description : BTG are working with a market-leading manufacturing business based in Banbury who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their experienced team. This role will see you working with all departments of the company to help drive efficiencies forward.

The role

Your new role as Management Accountant will see you working closely with Senior Stakeholders throughout the company as well as taking an in depth look into the costings and inventory. Duties will include:

Produce the weekly and Monthly Accounts
KPI Reporting
Looking at manufacturing variances and standard cost
Reporting on stock and stock movements
Business partnering with Directors and other non-finance staff members
Budgeting and forecasting
Ad hoc reporting

Requirements

This business show consistent levels of growth and there will be numerous opportunities to develop your career. To be considered for the role you will either be a finalist or qualified accountant who has significant experience working in a manufacturing environment, you will be confident in dealing with standard costing, stock, and be driven to succeed.
