Summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work at Pendle View Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced person to join our outstanding staff team.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a class team including a teacher, and other teaching assistants. Our Level 3 Teaching Assistants do not work with individual pupils but support the whole class and as part of the role, plan for and teach the class when the teacher is out at meetings or on PPA time.

Essential Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 or above qualification or equivalent
Maths and English Language GCSE A* – C or equivalent qualification

Essential Experience
Experience of working with children as at least TA2a or TA2b within a special school environment
Experience of administrative work within a special school classroom
Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and / or medical needs within a special school environment
