Job Title: Technical Consultant (CRM D365) Reports To: Application Delivery Head Business Unit: Digital Location: Singapore / HIC Updated on: Overview: (Summary of the role) The Technical Consultant will lead and manage systems implementation cycles and provide technical systems design based on user requirements. The incumbent will facilitate end-user communication and manage escalations from end users and work out solutions with development team to oversee delivery of large, complex and strategic projects for NEC enterprise customers. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge of .Net/D365 solutions by mapping common customer business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and .NET is also a must. Start with the most important and number each one separately) ýff Leads and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives ýff Implements architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system ýff Validates system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; completing bug fixes ýff Prepares client to use IT infrastructure by developing and conducting training programs ýff Manages customer relationship by communicating D365 architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues ýff Actively participates in the business development lifecycle. Identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts ýff Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements ýff Enhance overall team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answer technical and procedural questions for less-experienced team members; teach improved processes; mentor team members ýff Improve information usefulness by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements ýff Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned Requirements: (Indicate the qualifications, education, associated training, background knowledge, skills and attributes to perform the job competently) ýff Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science/Business IT or its equivalent ýff At least 5 – 8 years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic CRM deliveries and .Net framework ýff Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with users and excellent written and oral communication skills ýff Professional experience with n-tier application architectures development ýff Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels ýff Knowledge on Data Modelling and Data Integration ýff Experienced with Service-Oriented Architectures and XML ýff Solid understanding of Microsoft CRM 2015 and Dynamics 365. Good understanding of Microsoft Information Work Flow Foundation and architecture. ýff Experience with deployments cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud ýff Experience with automated testing preferred ýff Additional technical qualifications include hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies: .NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Framework), C#, ASP.Net, Transact-SQL, XML, OData, HTML, jQuery, Java script, Soap, Web Services, Agile Development Methodologies, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
