Job Description : Emotion of Life is an online platform for OCD & Depression recovery and cure program with the services of a Psychologist, Therapist, Counsellor, Psychiatrist & Wellness Coach. Applicants must have a vision about greater access to mental health services in India.Emotion of Life is a registered proprietory firm in the government of Delhi as an institute.Qualifications & Desirable1. Masters in Clinical Psychology (regular mode only)2. Two years experience in clinical case management post master’s in OCD Management.3. Must have technical capacity and skill in dealing with clients with Severe OCD.4. Must have a fair understanding of assessments in OCD5. Complete understanding in CBT, ERP, REBT, other therapeutic approaches6. Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi, English and one regional language.Desirable: 1. Must not have any current engagement in academics /as a professional/ Private practice.2. Understand the M & E system and must be skilled in developing M & E tools and frameworks.3. Familiarity with the peer-led model of community outreach4. Proven high-quality content writing skillPersonal Attribute: 1. Must have skills, passion, experience in Mass Awareness Activity with community outreachTime requirement in the system: 1. Available for 9 hours in a day in 2 shifts 10 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 9 PM.2. Available for All 7 days in a week (2 Earn leaves in a month)3. Must be available for a minimum 2 years commitment for association in Emotion of life.Tasks Deliverable: 1. 4 to 5 counselling and therapy sessions in a day2. Conduct weekly webinars on OCD and Depression management3. Creating mass awareness video OCD and depression related topic on each weekend4. Must complete one research in every 3 months independently/ under supervision5.
