Job Description : Our client is currently developing and exciting and interactive real estate engine, already aimed at becoming the most reliable online real estate platform across the Middle East. Due to some exciting expansion, they’re now looking for a QA Lead to manage the entire product life cycle and develop a thorough test strategy to ensure successful launch of their app.
As a QA Lead, other responsibilities will include:
Developing test plans for various features at functional and system levels
Acting as a gatekeeper for the quality of any ongoing product and the overall customer experience
Acting as an integral member of the tech team and showing understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle from product requirement gathering to design reviews, alongside Product Owners
Developing test coverage plans and capability matrix to map features, ensuring they align with functional requirements
Leading the automation of all testing to improve productivity
Manage all areas of the product from features/functionality, testing, scale/load, usability and performance
Working with software developers to fine tune code, track problems and analyse test results to give your recommendations/ action steps
Mentoring junior QA members of the team
As a QA Lead, you will have the following skills/ experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Must be a native Arabic speaker (reading, writing and speaking)
Must have proven experience with automation processes and frameworks
Must have experience and in-depth knowledge of developing automation frameworks for mobile apps – Web UI, APIs
Must be fluent in at least one programming language and OOPS concepts like Java or Python
Must have proven experience with using open source tools like Selenium, Soap UI, Rest Assured etc.
Ideally have proven experience with CI/CD driven test processes
Must ideally be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh
