Job Description : Processing Responsibilities: · Evaluation of profile.· As an overseas education consultant, you will first understand the student’s profile and then provide them with the best program possibilities and other careers suitable for them.· Selecting the university.· As an expert, you will help the students find the best university having worldwide recognition and offering excellent education.· You will also help them in taking a final decision about the university.· Admission Processing. You will help students in filling up their admission forms, preparing the financial documents, and applying for a visa. Documents. As a consultant, you will convey the requirement of the shortlisted documents well and will help the students to assemble each document beforehand.· You should also have good knowledge of the financial aid process, considering every aspect of the students.· Statement of Purpose Preparation.· You will help students prepare an excellent and honest appealing SOP.· You should be aware of the actual career goal behind the decision about studying abroad and understand the scope of the candidate’s study area.· Visa Processing. You will provide detailed information regarding the visa process and help the candidate prepare for the Visa interview as well.· You should always be updated with the latest requirement, immigration policies, and visa checklists. Process after getting accepted.· Once the university enrolls or sends an acceptance letter to the student, you will still provide the assistance needed like accommodation, lifestyle and managing finance, etc.Key Skills – Analyzing the profile & shortlisting the Universities for the students for respective countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) Knowledge of documentations for USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand Should have knowledge on the countries (Europe, Italy, Germany, France) from the counseling to the Visa applicationMinimum Qualifications – Strong knowledge of the destination and local education system Excellent communication skills 0-5 years of experience in preferably in the overseas education industry Ability to multitask under pressure Computer skills including Word and office Fluent in English Verbal and written Preferred Qualifications – Asking the right questions. Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Multi-tasking and Organisational skills.
