Position Purpose
Business development & Portfolio Management* in clients with revenues Rs.1500 Cr and Above
Sourcing new-to-Bank clients
Cross sell – ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank
Provide guidance to credit analysts
Constant client engagement so as to be fully aware of goings on in the company to anticipate potential credit issues, if anyAsset, liability, and fee based.

Business Development and acquisition
Acquiring new corporate clients with regards to the below mentioned products and strengthening existing relationship with regards to exponential increments on revenue towards assets liabilities and fee based income

Relationship Management & Need Analysis
Ensuring increase in wallet share from customer portfolio in mid corporate for increasing assets / liabilities / fees & income for the Bank.
Structuring of Fund / Non Fund / Trade / Fx based financial products for working capital & capex requirements to suit customers need

Documentation & Process
Performing financial analysis, risk analysis and doing credit appraisal for getting it sanctioned from respective approving authorities.
Liaise with various divisions like compliance / CAD / legal for on boarding the client and then servicing them

Maintenance of Portfolio Quality and performance
Maintaining portfolio quality by monitoring the performance of the account / pending compliances and identifying stress and delinquency situations
Providing cross referrals to other business groups and ensure relationship deepening through other products
Qualifications and Experience Requirement

CA’s or MBA’s from reputed institutes

6-8years’ experience in Surat market in Commercial Banking (SME & Mid-Corporates and Large Corporates) space
