Job Description : Responsibilities:This role will be a part of the Growth team, handling responsibilities like developing RetentionProgram through Marketing Automation and Promotional campaigns via various channels such as Email, SMS, Webpush, App Push, Whatsapp etc.Create comprehensive campaigns for user retention based on user behavior, user segmentation and journeyNeed to map customer journey and develop listening points in the journey.Proactive campaign management and consistently monitoring performance metrics such as Orders/Buyer, Repurchase Rates, Open Rates, Click Rates, Inbox Delivery, etc.Strategic planning and execution of all CRM and Loyalty campaigns to deliver against customer service and retention KPI’s.Required Skills: Proficient with Marketing Channels such as: SMS, Email, push notifications and RetargetingProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.(Must) Knowledge of any of the marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign,Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, Clevertap etc.Experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaignsExcellent quantitative aptitude and ability to perform analysis.Excellent database / CRM knowledge and expertise in reading and understanding dataWork Experience required: 4-6 years of hands on Retention marketing experienceShould have manage a teamExcellent communication skillsExperience in coordinating within and outside teams, relationship managementJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shift
