Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the Social Commerce and Community department, while ensuring that the team runs smoothly.
Manage the execution and planning strategy of social commerce business.
Strengthen the presence of Orami Circle community and continue to acquire new members through engaging activities or benefits.
Develop mutually profitable commercial packages for both brands or clients and community members.
Acquire brands or clients for the purpose of maximising Orami’s social commerce solution, known as IbuSibuk.
REQUIREMENTS:
Passionate about women empowerment and community development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
Have at least 3 years of experience in managing teams.Experienced in Sales or Commercial.
Ability to communicate effectively, persuade others, and solve problems.
Possess an analytical and strategic thinking.
Interested in digital marketing, content creation, and personal branding.
