Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Engineers apply their expertise in configuration, integration, solution architecture, security etc. to help develop Porter products effectively and efficiently.
This is going to be a cross-functional role that will work as part of the Support Charter POD (Engineering function).
Engage in implementing the various technical facets of Porter’s Support Platform including but not limited to the Call Centre and other third-party integrations.
Partner with the product managers to define and execute on the feature roadmap for the Support charter.
Possess specialist knowledge of the internal systems, applications, and software solutions both from a UI as well as API perspectives.
Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine various ways to improve.
Provide detailed specifications for the proposed solutions.
Define clear goals for all aspects of the projects and manage their proper execution.
Required Skills:-
Linux OS
Basic experience with Javascript and Python
Basics of Dialler concepts
Bonus:
Call centre experience
Ameyo experience.
