Job Description : You will be responsible for implementing & managing all SEO/SEM activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.Key Functional Areas of ResponsibilityPerform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pagesProvide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specificAdminister search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projectsHelp to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goalsAssist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goalsKeep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developmentsResearch and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategyMonitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goalsMonitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channelsCommunication to team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsWork closely with the other team members to meet client goals.Professional CompetenciesPassion for SEO, SEM and digital marketingOutstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problemsAttention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphereAbility to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and pointsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationExcellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skillsProfessional SkillsProven SEO experienceProven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn.Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)Experience with A/B and multivariate experimentsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEMQualificationBS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus performance incentivesOpportunity to advance your career, we are passionate about what we do.
