Job Description : Performance Measures:
Content: proficiency over understanding, ideating, and editing of video content
Software: in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with Mac/Windows
Client management: adapt to critical project situations and stringent deadlines
Personal Responsibility:
Reporting: Participate in ideations, be prompt with feedback, and conflict/risk management
New initiatives: constantly discover, reinvent, and implement new editing styles and techniques
Team management: mentor and support video team, guide members on new technology, editing trends, and practices. Set team goals and objectives and collectively work toward achieving them.
Personality Attributes:
Ability to multitask, takes initiative, and ownership of work
Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, strong point of view, self-starter, displaying leadership qualities
Can-do/positive attitude, team player, and interested to learn and grow
Functions / Day to day activities:
Help conceive, develop, and edit video projects, adept at storytelling and brainstorming
Edit a wide range of projects: short form and long form productions, motion graphics, animated videos, slideshows, product demos, GIFs and more
Deep understanding of fundamental video design (typography, iconography, composition, layout, etc.) and has a passion for internet-based short form and branded content
Skilled in audio cleaning, editing, color correction, and closed captioning
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, multitask, and handle a fast-paced environment
Creative ability to deliver within quick timelines, understand requirement, and suggest relevant video styles
Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions on projects, streamline, and establish workflow
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Must be expertly skilled in Adobe After Effects, FinalCut/Adobe Premiere Pro

2+ years
