Who you are:
As a Talent Sourcing Lead, having deep domain & technical expertise & managed areas like leadership hiring, Cloud, Data , AI/ ML , Automation , Integration , Security, Sales etc. Managing team & working across TA creating synergy, capturing best practices, and delivering results for a specific skills pipeline. Provide expert advice on effective sourcing strategies to the Recruitment, Sourcing Specialists and BU, drive attraction campaigns and execute sourcing strategy and plans focused on passively sourcing niche candidates & Diversity.
What you will do (Responsibilities)
Partner with our internal recruitment team and hiring community to understand the specific sector, industry, and service line requirements for open opportunities
Interpret the business hiring requirements and translate them into successful recruitment strategies and solutions
Identify, attract, and introduce IBM to the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace by providing market and compete intelligence, screening and evaluating candidates as appropriate
As a Sourcing Lead within the people solutions organization, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute the sourcing strategies
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in support of strong business growth, with a focus on building the strong talent pipeline for niche technology groups and helping reduce time to hire the best candidates
Build functional capabilities across the team, identify, and implement innovative sourcing techniques, competitive intelligence, research, and talent mapping to develop diverse talent pools
Liaise with recruiting leaders to comprehend workforce plans and hiring plans to develop short and long-term sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals
Develop and implement key performance metrics for the sourcing team, track and report them with the goal of creating a world-class high-performing sourcing organization
Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities
Develop and implement strategies and programs that will result in a dynamic and superior candidate experience and candidate satisfaction
Lead by example through following, setting, or sharing sourcing best practices and building strong cross-functional relationships with other Sourcing Leaders
Compile, analyse and capture insights from data to support business decisions
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies and in-depth talent maps
Define, design, and implement recruiting programs for a variety of positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate utilization of workloads across the team”
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
“At least 10-15 years of experience in:
Social Media and Candidate Channel attraction
Successful track record in all levels of recruiting
Experience designing and implementing global sourcing strategies
Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners
Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations.”
