Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is experienced in hiring Software Developers / Technical Consultants in various positions of desktop and mobile app development technologies – NodeJS, ReactJS, RDBMS, AWS, Mobile Application Developers (iOS, Android) etc.

Should have hands-on experience in hiring Software Engineers

Job Description:

Draft and post technical job descriptions at various forums
Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking and recruiting firms.
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Linkedin, Stack Overflow, and Github
Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ technical abilities
Shortlist profiles based on the requirements of the position and identify the key parameters in the candidate’s profiles that are an appropriate match for the position
Coordinate with Tech team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Work on local and international technical recruitment
Profiles We Are Seeking:
Minimum 1-2 Years of technical recruitment experience in the IT Software Industry.
Technical knowledge of various tech positions and understanding of the terminologies and business needs.
Very creative & proactive in sourcing candidates from various mediums
Should have good Domain Knowledge and be able to develop an understanding of the Company’s Target Projects.
Good communication, writing abilities, presentation skills, and good convincing/persuasion skills.
Good organization of data and should be able to provide reports whenever required
